- You own or control the rights to the content you submit.
- Your content does not violate law, contract, or third-party rights.
- You do not submit sensitive material without proper permission.
4. Generated output
The Service may generate text, images, audio, video, or other outputs based on your prompts or uploads. AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected results, so you are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.

Our total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid in the prior 12 months or USD $100.
